Interactive Sites for : The site provides activities that work great with Interactive White Boards and Smart Boards. After clicking on the Social Studies link, students and teachers can explore various topics such as Native Americans, states and capitals, and immigration. After clicking on the Native Americans link, I was able to discover more about the six major American Indian groups and I was able to design my very own tipi. All of the activities are appealing to the eye and engaging for all students. As mentioned before, the activities and games are great for engaging whole group and small group instruction on IWB’s, but can also be used to enhance individual learning. http://interactivesites.weebly.com/social-studies.html
